  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to jurisdiction; and
  5. Send your counter notice through our Contact page (email is recommended).

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously. We maintain a list of DMCA notices and make a good faith effort to identify repeat infringers. Those violating our repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
